HSE Engineer (Code : 303)Position: HSE Engineer Number of Vacancies : Multiple Job Type: Project Based / Full Time Location: Varies Job Scope: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to execute site activities safely following the HSE Management programs on-site, as well as implementing and maintaining the HSE policies and procedures for operating and construction sites. Job Requirements: Education & Experience Required 3-5 years of experience in construction sites (preferably in the food industry) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences Full alignment with the ETA Experts Core Values Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and Egyptian regulations Certifications : NEBOSH IGC (Preferred). OSHA 30 Hr Construction (Mandatory). Competent Scaffold Person – by American Scaffolding Institute (Mandatory). Lifting and Rigging Operation certified (Preferred). First Aid and Firefighting trained (Mandatory). Skills & Abilities : Accident investigation. Site inspection and management. Training and presentation skills. Attention to detail. Active learner with a positive, professional attitude. Problem-solving and results-oriented. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Good command of Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management skills (a plus). Other : Willingness to travel Flexible to work extra hours when needed

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and best practices, while fostering a safety-conscious culture among teams. Job Requirements: Education & Experience Required 7-10 years of experience in construction sites (preferably in the food industry) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences Full alignment with the ETA Experts Core Values Certifications : NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory). OSHA 30 Hour Construction (Mandatory). Certified Scaffold Inspector – by American Scaffolding Institute (Mandatory). Lifting and Rigging Operation certified (Mandatory). First Aid and Firefighting trained (Mandatory). Language Skills : Fluent in English. Fluent in Arabic. Skills & Abilities : Strong training and presentation skills. Expertise in accident investigation and root cause analysis. Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting. Competent in project management and safety program coordination. Strong leadership skills to guide teams and implement HSE strategies effectively. Other : Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work on various construction sites as required. Flexible to work additional hours to meet project deadlines.
